Antonella Scali
Executive Director
Antonella Scali is proud to join the Canadian Psoriasis Network in June 2018 as executive director. With over ten years of experience in non-profit and private health sectors, Antonella is honoured to turn her enthusiasm and attention to working with people who experience psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis to ensure that lives are improved through research, advocacy and education.
Antonella brings her passion for health and social policy, dedication to patient-led advocacy and community development and success at leading public policy analysis and development initiatives to this role.
As a social justice-centered social worker, Antonella has spent her career working in the mental health sector, first as a counsellor with Canada’s largest employee and family assistance program provider, Morneau Shepell, and then as a policy analyst with the Schizophrenia Society of Ontario.
Antonella is committed to turning her skills and dedication to ending the potentially devastating effects of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, to raise awareness and understanding of these conditions and to amplify the voices of people who live with them.
She lives in Toronto where she is an avid reader and runner.
